Victoria Pacey-Minneman is a member of the Intellectual Property (IP) Group, focusing on IP litigation. She has experience with all aspects of trial preparation, including Inter Partes Review (IPR) cases along with extensive research experience.
With over 20 years in the legal sector, Victoria began her career as a legal assistant, then built her knowledge and skillset as a legal project analyst, litigation researcher, paralegal, summer associate and subsequently achieved her J.D. Throughout her career, she worked exclusively in the IP practice area, covering trademark, trade dress and copyright matters, patent prosecution in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, docketing, application filings, and responses to Trademark and Patent Office actions. Her in-depth IP process knowledge adds wide-ranging value for her clients.
