William (Will) Nash is in the Labor & Employment Group and focuses his practice on immigration matters.
Most recently, Will served for two years as a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State in Hyderabad, India. In this capacity, he adjudicated nonimmigrant visas, worked to prevent immigration fraud, and trained entry-level officers. Will has significant experience in business immigration law, including working for two U.S. law firms as well as for a large, public university. In these positions, he drafted and reviewed employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, including for L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B and O-1 status as well as EB-1 and PERM immigrant petitions.
Will is pleased to be back in Chicago working in private practice. He believes his wealth of immigration experience in public, private and government capacities in the U.S. and abroad will make him all the more effective as an immigration practitioner.
