Jeffrey H. Wolf, Partner

Jeff Wolf joined Quarles & Brady as part of its successful efforts to build a signature Franchise & Distribution Team — he is consistently recognized as one of the top franchise lawyers in the country by Franchise Times magazine, he is listed in The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers, and he is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Southwest Super Lawyers under “Franchise Law.” Nevertheless, Jeff is an accomplished, broadly able litigator who also represents a variety of clients in breach of contract, real estate, employment, product liability, and personal injury disputes. He also represents several behavioral health care companies for general legal matters, and he presently serves as outside general counsel to a Phoenix-based not-for-profit mental health care and substance abuse provider.

In other words, it’s not necessary to be a franchise-related client to benefit from Jeff’s skills as a lawyer, although franchisors, manufacturers, and marketers of products and services are some of the most regular beneficiaries of his talents. For nearly 30 years, Jeff has frequently handled franchise termination matters as well as more complex franchise cases, involving issues affecting the entire franchise system, such as termination, transfers, rights of first refusal, implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, trade secrets, covenants against competition, trademark infringement, franchisee associations, and unfair competition.

Jeff is a highly responsive attorney who prides himself on providing the highest possible client service. He is committed to helping clients resolve their disputes as efficiently and effectively as possible. His litigation style blends the right amounts of aggressiveness and practical thinking to achieve the best possible case results.
