Real estate law guidance for commercial properties of all types
Eric Wanner counsels clients across the country on a wide array of commercial real estate transactions. He helps them develop, acquire, sell, lease, restructure and finance developments such as luxury multi-family communities, office buildings, retail centers and industrial parks. Eric’s specific experience includes:
- Preparing and negotiating development agreements, construction agreements, architectural and other design agreements, leases, easements, restrictive covenants and other documentation.
- Equity development work such as the representation of institutional investors in national and local joint venture transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of development agreements and other venture documentation.
- National and local tenant-side leasing work for restaurant and retail clients, as well as landlord-side leasing work for institutional owners and investors.
Eric is the Arizona chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
