Joel regularly hosts corporate counsel roundtables on timely topics for in-house counsel and is a frequent speaker on the interrelation of technology and IP.

He is managing partner of the Indianapolis office.

  • Managing trademark portfolios, including prosecution of trademark applications in the United States and foreign countries.
  • Drafting software licenses and other information technology agreements.
  • Representing clients in IP litigation, including trademark, trade secrets and patent infringement claims, breach of licensing agreements and other claims.
  • Advising on false advertising, Lanham Act and unfair competition litigation.
