Randall Fearnow Elected to Board of Directors of the Chicago Bar Foundation07/24/19
CHICAGO — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP is pleased to announce that Randall Fearnow, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, has been elected to the board of directors of the Chicago Bar Foundation (CBF) as of July 22, 2019.
The CBF has enduring support for pro bono and legal aid in the Chicago area, addressing larger systemic issues—like the explosion in unrepresented people in the courts—through community leadership and by developing new solutions for access to justice. It also advocates within the courts and at all levels of government for laws and policies that make the justice system more fair and accessible. As the charitable arm of the Chicago Bar Association, the CBF brings the legal community together to improve access to justice for people in need and make the legal system more fair and efficient for everyone.
"The Chicago Bar Foundation has a long history fighting for unrepresented people in the Chicagoland area" said Fearnow. "I am grateful to have been appointed and excited to work with the foundation on initiatives for better access to justice."
Fearnow is the Chicago Office Chair of the firm's Health Law Group. He concentrates his practice in the area of long-term care and advises physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living facilities, home health agencies, transportation providers, pharmacies, and other health care companies on a variety of regulatory issues. Fearnow earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Indianapolis, and his law degree from Indiana University - Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
