Biography

Shaylynn Veeder advises a variety of health care providers and suppliers on a broad range of regulatory issues arising under Medicare and Medicaid and fraud and abuse laws, including Anti-Kickback, Physician Self-Referral, and false claims laws. She provides guidance on health information privacy matters, licensing issues, and health care regulatory due diligence in relation to transaction matters. Shaylynn also regularly advises clients on FDA regulatory issues and corporate compliance concerns.
