Zac Foster, Associate

Biography

Zac Foster is an attorney in the Commercial Litigation Group. He has litigated disputes for a variety of clients spanning the banking, franchise, network marketing, medical benefits and retail sales industries. He has experience defending federal consumer claims brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, defending state consumer claims brought under the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, aiding franchisors in the enforcement of non-competition agreements and restrictive covenants, defending franchisors against breach of contract and business tort claims, and representing financial institutions in disputes with homeowners' associations.
