Environmental insurance is a means to transfer environmental risk to a third party insurer, which can be an effective way to address potential pollution liabilities that are impeding a deal or posing operational worries. This webinar will explain the types of risk that can be covered, how circumstances can affect the availability of coverage, ways to use environmental insurance in deals and to address operational risks, and the process for obtaining such coverage.

The Impact of COVID-19 on Continuing Legal Education: Please note, to best comply with safety recommendations regarding COVID-19, many state bar offices are closed or operating with reduced staffing.
