Adam Falkof will be speaking at an ACC Chicago program on June 10. His presentation titled, "Commercial Leasing Tips and Tricks for In-House Counsel CLE," will cover common mistakes, opportunities and negotiation strategies for commercial leases, especially aspects of leasing that can substantially increase a tenant’s costs or jeopardize a tenant’s business operations at an important location. In particular, this session will focus on financial differences in common lease structures, hidden fees and charges frequently included in landlord-drafted leases, and key risks that can disrupt tenant operations or poise outsize legal risks.
