Health Law Update

Meghan O'Connor and Richard Davis will participate in two separate webinar sessions during the "Health Law Update" hosted by the State Bar of Wisconsin's Health Law Section on Thursday, November 18.

Meghan will speak during the "Privacy Update" and discuss trends and developments in healthcare privacy laws. Additionally, the session will explore recent legislative and regulatory changes with the goal of helping health lawyers identify the challenges ahead.

Richard will speak during the "340B and Pharmacy Update" and will provide a basic overview of the 340B Program and outline the most significant developments over the past year. The session will also discuss the ongoing administrative law struggle between covered entities and manufacturers concerning 340B Program contract pharmacies.
