Pharmacy Working Conditions: Legal Landscape and Trends

Nick Meza will be speaking at the 2025 Developments in Pharmacy Law XXXVI ASPL Annual Conference on November 8. His presentation titled, "Pharmacy Working Conditions: Legal Landscape and Trends," will explore the current legal landscape surrounding pharmacy working conditions, including key enforcement trends and legislative developments aimed at addressing safety, staffing and workplace standards. Special attention will be given to the unique compliance challenges faced by pharmacies operating across multiple states, where divergent state laws and regulations complicate workforce management and policy implementation. Drawing on extensive experience across the retail, specialty and legal sectors, it will also examine how different industry settings are navigating these pressures and adapting to new legal requirements.
