Sarah Coyne will be a speaker at the HIPAA COW 2023 Virtual Conference on April 21. Her presentation titled, "Practical Answers to Thorny Questions," will discuss all those thorny issues – minor patients, records shared during the emergency detention process and other mental health issues, the intersection of HIPAA with substance abuse record laws such as 42 CFR Part 2 and the intersection of HIPAA with the information blocking rules.
