The New Immigration Landscape – Lessons Learned and What May Lie Ahead in 2026

Seminar
Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC)
 | 3 - 5:30 p.m. Central

Quarles' Chicago Office (New Location)
155 North Wacker Drive, Suite 3200
Chicago, Illinois 60606

Earlier this year, the Trump administration initiated sweeping changes to U.S. immigration policy, dramatically reshaping the legal environment for employers, foreign nationals and legal practitioners. This seminar will provide in-house attorneys with a comprehensive overview of the most significant developments to date including:

  • Executive orders
  • The rollback of protections
  • Enhanced worksite enforcement measures
  • Legal challenges and implications surrounding the new policies and interpretations

Participants will come away with insight into how these developments can impact workforce planning and how to prepare for evolving immigration priorities in the coming year. Attendees do not need to be ACC members to participate.

We hope to see you there! Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 24.

This program is for in-house counsel only.

Continuing Legal Education

ACC Chicago is an Approved Illinois MCLE Provider and will apply for 1.0 hours of general MCLE credit for this program. Participants seeking MCLE credit must sign in and provide their IL ARDC number and email address.
