Business Law Training: What’s Different about California Employment Laws? What You Need to Know If Your Company Has Employees in the Golden State

Webinar
 | 12 - 1 p.m. Central

California’s employment laws differ significantly, and sometimes surprisingly, from the laws of other states. All too often, companies based outside California that have employees in the state learn about these differences through a lawsuit. This webinar will highlight California’s most unique employment laws and provide tips on avoiding the most common and most costly compliance pitfalls of doing business in the Golden State.

Who Should Attend: This session is designed for in-house counsel, executives, compliance officers, HR professionals and hiring managers. Quarles reserves the right to limit or restrict attendance to the program. There is no charge to attend this webinar, but advance registration is required.
