Chair Emeritus John Daniels to Help Drive Conversation About Health Equity at BDHEA National Summit

Milwaukee —Quarles & Brady Chair Emeritus John Daniels will help drive the conversation about health equity at the Black Directors Health Equity Agenda (BDHEA) 2022 National Summit. Daniels an executive sponsor and member of the board of directors for the BDHEA. His promotion of the event is part of his national effort to address long-standing issues related to health equity in the United States.

The BDHEA is made up of board directors and senior leaders who are working to eradicate the health disparities and inequities that threaten the individual and collective prosperity of Black families. The BDHEA 2022 National Summit will take place October 3-4 and will feature health care directors and top executives from major health systems sharing strategies to reverse U.S. health disparities.

In a BDHEA news release about the event, Daniels said, "The BDHEA 2022 National Summit is a convening of leaders in the health care ecosystem, business and government. The in-person event is an opportunity for health advocates to gather and network, learn from accomplished Black executives and support each other in accelerating the pace of change."

Daniels also is chair of the Advocate Aurora Health board of directors. Additionally, he is former chairman of both the Greater Milwaukee Foundation and the Greater Milwaukee Committee.
