Experienced Fund, Private Equity and Asset Management Attorney Jennifer Parker Joins Quarles as Senior Counsel

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Jennifer Parker, an attorney with more than 15 years of experience guiding clients on regulatory compliance, securities law and fund formation, has joined the firm as senior counsel in the firm’s Business Law Practice Group.

Parker, who most recently was at an Am Law 50 firm, counsels private funds, investors, senior stakeholders and institutional clients. She is experienced in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex asset management and private equity transactions, enabling her to provide strategic and practical counsel to support clients’ business objectives.

Parker earned her B.A. from Western Kentucky University, J.D. from the Widener University School of Law and LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
