Health Care Regulatory and Compliance Attorney Candice Andalia Joins Quarles Washington Office as Senior Counsel

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that Candice Andalia has joined the Washington, D.C., office as senior counsel in the firm’s Health & Life Sciences Practice Group. Prior to joining Quarles, she was a government attorney at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and partner at an Am Law top-five international law firm.

Andalia counsels clients on health care regulatory and compliance matters with an emphasis on privacy and cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) and other health care technologies. She works with clients on compliance with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ITAR, FCPA, AKS and other legal obligations regulated by FDA, USDA and/or HHS. Andalia also advises businesses regarding legal and regulatory issues throughout the product development life cycle.

A recipient of a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D.  from the Cornell Law School, Andalia has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” and was named to the Women We Admire “Top 50 Women Leaders in Law of 2022.”
