Josh Fleming Named National Chair of Quarles & Brady’s Product Liability Practice Group

News Release

Milwaukee — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Josh Fleming, a partner in the firm's Indianapolis office, has been named national chair of the Product Liability Practice Group, effective October 1.

Fleming succeeds Jeff Spoerk, who has served as national chair of the group since 2015. Spoerk will continue his product liability practice in Milwaukee.

"We have seen significant growth to our product liability team since Jeff took over and I am confident Josh will be able to continue the momentum," said Mike Aldana, firm managing partner. "Not only is Josh a knowledgeable and experienced attorney, but he is also a strategic thinker and dependable leader who is a great fit to chair our product liability team."

Fleming concentrates his practice in product liability defense and general commercial counseling and litigation. He consults with clients on commercial risk avoidance involving acquisitions, relationship terminations, restrictive covenant drafting, compliance and enforcement, and other related matters. Fleming also guides clients on product liability risk assessment during due diligence and issues involving product performance or possible injury-causing events.

"I am honored to have the firm's vote of confidence to lead such a great group of talented and client-focused attorneys," said Fleming. "I look forward to working with the entire team to continue to strengthen the practice group and provide great service to our clients."

Fleming holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science from Marquette University.
