Michele Malis Rejoins Quarles & Brady's Chicago Office as Of Counsel

Chicago — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation attorney Michele Malis has rejoined the firm's Chicago office as of counsel. She was previously at a multinational investment bank and financial services holding company.

Malis concentrates her practice in sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation and philanthropy for high-net-worth entrepreneurial and family-business clients. She advises clients on estate planning; estate and trust administration; income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; closely held business planning; and related issues with respect to preserving and transmitting wealth within families.

Malis received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University of Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from University of Southern California.
