Phoenix Partner Ben Graff Reelected to Central Arizona Water Conservation District Board

Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Phoenix partner Ben Graff has been reelected to the Central Arizona Water Conservation District Board (CAWCD). His second term begins January 1, 2023 after completing his first 6-year term on the Board.

The CAWCD is the governing board of directors for Central Arizona Project, Arizona's single largest renewable water supply from the Colorado River that serves more than 5 million people. CAWCD is a 15-member elected board of directors consisting of 10 members from Maricopa County, four from Pima County, and one from Pinal County. Graff was reelected within Maricopa County with 415,256 votes. Members serve six-year, unpaid terms.

Graff is regent emeritus for the Arizona Board of Regents, and current board member and prior legislative committee chair for Valley Partnership. Graff is currently listed on Best Lawyers in America® (Land Use and Zoning Law, Real Estate Law) and Chambers USA® (Real Estate: Zoning/Land Use).
