Phoenix Partner Ben Graff Selected to Arizona Secretary of State-Elect Adrian Fontes’ Bipartisan Transition Team

News Release

Phoenix — Ben Graff, the Chair of Quarles’ Land Use, Zoning, and Municipal Government Relations practice, was selected to Arizona Secretary of State-Elect Adrian Fontes' bipartisan transition team.

Fontes takes office January 2, 2023. Fontes named Graff to his bipartisan transition team to ensure an orderly political transition and guide him as he takes over the Arizona Secretary of State role.

Graff recently was reelected as a Central Arizona Water Conservation District board member. Additionally, he is regent emeritus for the Arizona Board of Regents, and current board member and prior VP legislative committee chair for Valley Partnership. Graff is currently listed to Best Lawyers in America® (Land Use and Zoning Law, Real Estate Law) and Chambers USA® (Real Estate: Zoning/Land Use).
