Quarles Adds Veteran Financial Services Litigator Allen Katz as Of Counsel in Naples Office

Naples — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Allen Katz, an experienced trial attorney with an especially strong track record in financial services litigation, has joined the firm’s Naples, Fla., office as of counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Having been lead counsel in more than 1,000 trials to verdict in state and federal courts, Katz counsels clients in complex commercial litigation; creditor’s rights and real estate; insurance, transactional and financing origination disputes; taxation and loan servicing irregularities; interpretation of federal, state and municipal regulatory schemes; and appellate matters.

Katz earned a B.B.A. from The George Washington University and J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
