Quarles Named to 2023 BTI Client Service A-Team

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that BTI Consulting Group has named the firm to the 2023 BTI Client Service A-Team, based on its survey of law firm client service performance.

BTI’s Client Service A-Team report is a law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. Legal decision-makers see firms on the list as delivering exceptional levels of service in various aspects of the client experience.

To compile the report, BTI spoke with more than 350 legal decision makers between September 2022 and February 2023 and asked them to name firms that excelled in the following areas: unprompted communication, commitment to help, understands the client’s business, deals with unexpected changes, deals with complexity, innovative approach and keeps clients informed.

In the report, Quarles also was recognized as one of 50 firms named "BTI Midsize Client Service Masters.”
