Quarles Names Zac Foster Tampa Office Managing Partner, Chair of Office’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group

November 30, 2022 (Tampa) – The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that Zac Foster has been named office managing partner for the firm’s Tampa office. He also will serve as Tampa chair of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and will continue as co-chair of the Class Action Defense team.

Foster is a central Florida native who has spent his entire career with Quarles. He focuses on complex commercial litigation and litigates disputes for clients in many industries, including banking, franchise, network marketing, medical benefits and retail sales. Foster has defended a number of clients against nationwide class action claims arising from various state and federal statutes, and he also represents franchisors on a variety of matters.

“Zac is an obvious choice to lead our Tampa team into a new era of growth,” said Mike Aldana, firm chair and managing partner. “His commitment to the success of his clients and his colleagues is evident in his actions every day. He is ideally suited for this new leadership role.”

A holder of both undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, Foster has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” (Commercial Litigation) the past three years and by Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” (Business Litigation) each year since 2017. He is active in the community, including serving on the Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay membership committee, the alumni committee for The Tampa Connection and as vice chair of the WineFest committee for Tampa Theatre.
