Stacy Alexejun Elected Board Chair of Special Olympics Wisconsin

Stacy Alexejun, a Madison-based Quarles & Brady partner in the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group, was elected chair of the board of Special Olympics Wisconsin (SOWI). Alexejun has been a SOWI board member since 2017.

SOWI provides year-round sports opportunities for thousands of athletes across the state, regardless of age or skill level. The board of directors plays a pivotal role in guiding the mission and strategic direction of Special Olympics Wisconsin.

“It is an honor to step into the role of board chair for an organization that means so much to our athletes, families and communities, and I am proud to be the first woman board chair for Special Olympics Wisconsin,” said Alexejun. “I look forward to working alongside this exceptional board and staff to continue expanding opportunities, inclusion and life-changing experiences for athletes across Wisconsin.”
