Prior to joining the firm, Aaron gained important technology transfer experience through an internship with a tech transfer office, supporting licensing and commercialization of academic research. He also was a research assistant, where he investigated the molecular mechanisms of soybean resistance to the soybean cyst nematode, utilizing genetic, biochemical and molecular techniques.
