Allison Kelley assists clients with complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, member substitutions and joint ventures. Allison also counsels on corporate governance and a wide range of general business matters.
Prior to Quarles, Allison served as a legal intern for a large regional healthcare organization, where she gained experience supporting legal and business operations in a complex regulatory environment.
