Experienced securities and corporate law counsel

Conrad Goodkind provided securities and corporate law guidance to his clients. His practice included public and private offerings of securities as issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel, investment company registration and compliance, broker-dealer and investment adviser compliance and operation, federal and state securities enforcement proceedings, and mergers and acquisitions. Conrad also served as a director and officer of public and private companies, as well as nonprofit entities.
