Dedicated litigator, experienced in complex commercial disputes

Elizabeth Charles litigates complex commercial disputes, trade secret and noncompetition agreements, and claims under the United States and Indiana constitutions, in both federal and state court. She also has experience drafting legal briefs and memoranda on matters at all stages of litigation, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and preliminary injunction motions. Elizabeth has further experience in both federal and state appellate courts.

Elizabeth is dedicated to engaging with clients to understand their needs and goals. She enjoys creating effective strategies and helping clients navigate the litigation process.
