• Represents publicly traded companies in lower middle market acquisitions and divestitures.

• Served as lead associate on $70 million sale of subsidiary of publicly traded company in the natural resources sector.
• Served as lead or sole corporate associate on middle-market M&A transactions totaling over $500 million in transaction volume.
• Represented private equity firms, strategic buyers, family offices and closely held businesses in transactions ranging from $10 million to $280 million.
• Served as lead corporate associate on a $280 million sell-side equity sale involving a competitive bidding process with multiple potential buyers through signing, requiring parallel track negotiations on a compressed timeline.
