- Drafting dispositive and pretrial motions in employment litigation matters, including motions for summary judgment, motions to compel arbitration, demurrers, motions to strike and motions to consolidate.
- Managing written discovery, deposition-taking and discovery disputes through motions to compel.
- Analyzing liability and exposure in complex employment matters, including claims under FEHA, wage and hour laws, and PAGA.
- Conducting workplace and employment-related investigations.
- Handling all aspects of mediation on employment matters.
- Advising employers on wage and hour compliance and on potential liability relating to specific employment claims.
