Madeline Ong represents employers across multiple industries, from large corporations to non-profit organizations and small businesses, in a wide range of litigation matters. Her experience includes:

  • Drafting dispositive and pretrial motions in employment litigation matters, including motions for summary judgment, motions to compel arbitration, demurrers, motions to strike and motions to consolidate.
  • Managing written discovery, deposition-taking and discovery disputes through motions to compel.
  • Analyzing liability and exposure in complex employment matters, including claims under FEHA, wage and hour laws, and PAGA.
  • Conducting workplace and employment-related investigations.
  • Handling all aspects of mediation on employment matters.
  • Advising employers on wage and hour compliance and on potential liability relating to specific employment claims.
