Patent and trademark prosecution with prior engineering experience
Mason Baranczyk assists clients with patent, trademark and copyright prosecution. He is experienced in patent and trademark and copyright prosecution, false advertising claims, and litigation preparation and research. He also has helped clients as a liaison with foreign counsel for PCT applications.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mason worked for international corporations in the automotive and marine propulsion industries, where he was a product development engineer for both internal combustion engines and hybrid electric systems. While serving as an engineer, he was involved in the initial design process, including 3D modeling and prototyping, as well as system performance validation and testing.
