Nadine Chang Dupré advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters. - Drafts and advises on employee handbooks, personnel policies and employment agreements.
- Assesses, identifies and recommends mitigation strategies relating to current and anticipated employment law risks and potential impact to employers.
- Designs and leads training for human resources, executives, managers and in-house counsel on identifying and triaging labor and employment issues.
- Identifies and devises strategies to mitigate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) employment-related issues pre- and post-merger.
