Nadine Chang Dupré advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters. She balances the push/pull of business, HR, various stakeholders and company culture when advising on everything from individual employee issues to policy roll outs and changes. Nadine has worked as in-house and outside counsel for companies at various stages of development, advising on a wide range of multi-state and multi-national employment law issues, including return to office, post-mergers & acquisitions (M&A) integration, and scaling policies and procedures for growth. - Assesses, identifies and recommends mitigation strategies relating to current and anticipated employment law risks and potential impact to employers.
- Designs and leads training for human resources, executives, managers and in-house counsel on identifying and triaging labor and employment issues.
- Identifies and devises strategies to mitigate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) employment-related issues pre- and post-merger.
