Nadine Chang Dupré advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters. She balances the push/pull of business, HR, various stakeholders and company culture when advising on everything from individual employee issues to policy roll outs and changes. Nadine has worked with numerous multistate and multinational companies, at various stages of development, as they implement their policies while adhering to local law and culture.   • Drafts and advises on employee handbooks, personnel policies and employment agreements.
  • Assesses, identifies and recommends mitigation strategies relating to current and anticipated employment law risks and potential impact to employers.
  • Designs and leads training for human resources, executives, managers and in-house counsel on identifying and triaging labor and employment issues.
  • Identifies and devises strategies to mitigate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) employment-related issues pre- and post-merger.
