General commercial litigation counsel
Nashuba Hudson advises on various commercial litigation matters and offers support to clients across a range of industries in complex business disputes as she assist in responding to litigation by drafting pleadings and motions.
As a summer associate with the firm, she conducted legal research and writing, including drafting memoranda on subjects such as:
- Creditor’s rights.
- Restrictive covenants between businesses.
- The impact of foreclosure law on nonprofit organizations.
- Statute of limitations on product liability claims.
