Sarah Laughlin focuses on structuring and documenting commercial finance transactions, loan workouts and restructurings. She also has experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, primarily representing property owners.
Experience in Action
- Handles commercial finance deals for both borrowers and lenders, including drafting loan documents such as agreements, notes, mortgages, subordination agreements and collateral documents, as well as drafts policies and procedures for new loan programs.
- Drafts corporate documents, including resolutions, operating agreements, nondisclosure agreements and settlement agreements.
