Program Overview:

Please join Quarles & Brady for a timely update to our February webinar which covered COVID-19 vaccination considerations for employers. In this webinar, we will discuss the latest legal and practical developments regarding vaccinations, including emerging legal issues and government guidelines; managing the workplace in the midst of widespread vaccination availability and thereafter; evolving vaccination policies; altering in-office and remote working availability and procedures; and more. Time for Q&A will be included.

Speakers:

Otto Immel, Partner, Quarles & Brady LLP
Lindsey Davis, Partner, Quarles & Brady LLP

Who Should Attend: This session is designed for HR professionals, in-house counsel, executives, compliance officers and hiring managers. Quarles & Brady reserves the right to limit or restrict attendance to the program.

CLE: A CLE form is provided in the webinar dashboard materials.

Quarles & Brady LLP will apply for 1.0 hour of continuing legal education credit in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We will issue a Certificate of Attendance to Arizona attendees as the State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. We will issue a Certificate of Attendance to District of Columbia attendees as the District of Columbia Bar does not have a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Credit.

If you are a member of a jurisdiction that does not honor CLE credit from AZ, IL, IN, MN, VA, or WI, we will be happy to provide the materials needed in order for you to apply for CLE credit. Please contact Jennifer Michalski, CLE Coordinator, at [email protected].

NOTE: The Impact of COVID-19 on Continuing Legal Education

Live Seminar/Webinar: Please note, to best comply with safety recommendations regarding COVID-19, many State Bar offices may be closed or operating with reduced staffing. This is anticipated to cause significant delays in approval for CLE accreditation. The processing time for course approval is expected to take between 8-16 weeks.

HRCE: A Certificate of Attendance is provided in the webinar dashboard materials for HR professionals who self-report continuing education.

This webinar is complimentary.
