Michele Malis concentrates her practice in the area of sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and philanthropy for high-net-worth entrepreneurial and family-business clients. Michele advises clients on estate planning; estate and trust administration; income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; closely held business planning; and related issues with respect to preserving and transmitting wealth within families. She also has extensive knowledge in the areas of tax, business, estate issues, and the drafting and construction of wills and estates.
