Yakov Sidorin Receives USPTO Patent Pro Bono Certificate

Tucson, Ariz. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Yakov Sidorin has received a USPTO Patent Pro Bono Certificate for his work with the Arizona Public Patent Program.

USPTO Patent Pro Bono Certificates are given to individuals who provide 50 or more hours to a pro bono patent program. Run by the University of Arizona - James E. Rogers College of Law, the Arizona Public Patent Program is responsible for collecting applications from inventors and small businesses and recruiting volunteer pro bono attorneys in its capacity as the regional Patent Pro Bono Program for Arizona.

Yakov, a partner in the firm's Tucson office, is an intellectual property attorney who is currently on the board of directors for the Arizona Technology Council, a member of the SPIE Photonics West - Conference Program Committee and has been named inventor on 16 issued U.S. and foreign patents.
