4th Annual Managing Law Firm Profitability, Pricing and Data Analytics Conference

Christopher Emerson participated in the 4th Annual Managing Law Firm Profitability, Pricing and Data Analytics Conference on Wednesday, June 9. The conference was divided into three sections and Christopher spoke at the second and third-panel discussions.

The second panel discussion was entitled "The Strategy Piece: Focus on the Right Clients, the Right Work at the Right Level in the Right Office."

The topics included:

• Ways to increase enterprise-wide role and responsibilities for c-level officers;
• How to create functional cooperation with team members and other firms;
• How extended working from home requirements may affect staff members;
• Tips for lawyers regarding remote work productivity; and more.

The third panel discussion was entitled "Using Data Analytics in a Pandemic Landscape and Beyond COVID." 

The topics included:

• Predictability in budgeting and monitoring results in real-time;
• Partnerships with clients on data metrics and rates;
• The role technology plays in business efforts;
• How to choose the right virtual collaboration platform; and more.
