All the Feels: A New Generation of Workers and Accommodations for Mental Health Conditions

Corrie Klekowski and Evan Peña will presenting at the CALPELRA 2025 conference on November 19. Their presentation titled, "All the Feels: A New Generation of Workers and Accommodations for Mental Health Conditions," will cover how to conduct the interactive process for common mental health conditions that are continuing to crop up in the new generations of workers, such as depression, ADD/ADHD and anxiety. They will also discuss how employers might recognize an employee’s need for accommodation of these conditions, when and how to properly engage in the interactive process and specific accommodations to consider for these conditions while supporting different generations of workers.
