This panel will explore the challenges inherent in responding to requests for documents and propose solutions with regards to: responding to overbroad requests, time constraints that do not account for ever-increasing volumes of ESI, timing for asserting objections, new statements required to be included in written responses, protecting privilege, and novel individual court rules further restricting discovery responses.
