Artificial Intelligence and the Practice of Pharmacy

Simone Colgan Dunlap will be presenting at the 2025 National Association of Boards of Pharmacy Forum on October 29. Her presentation titled, "Artificial Intelligence and the Practice of Pharmacy," will address the key legal and regulatory frameworks shaping AI in pharmacy, including FDA oversight of AI-enabled tools, privacy and security concerns under HIPAA and consumer protection issues. The presentation will also explore use cases for AI specific to pharmacy and identify industry standards.
