This webinar will provide an overview of recent developments in federal and state data privacy and protection laws, including updates to the CCPA and the new laws going into effect in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah in 2023. Panelists will discuss and offer practical tips to deal with compliance issues related to managing data flow between various sources, including related companies and third-parties such as vendors, franchisees and customers. This is an intermediate-level program, so a basic understanding of data privacy law will be helpful.
