Heather Buchta advises on information technology and data privacy with an additional focus on trademark and copyright matters. With clients in the hospitality, health care, manufacturing, consumer services and other industries, she focuses on:

With more than 20 years working in the IT space, Heather has deep knowledge of the industry, its standards and practices, and a clear sense of risks that are emerging as well as those no longer relevant. Heather is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E and CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She is Phoenix office chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
