They will also cover significant federal initiatives, including bipartisan PBM reform bills and transparency mandates, alongside state-level actions aimed at increasing oversight, protecting pharmacies and ensuring fair reimbursement. It will also explain ERISA preemption, critical court decisions like Rutledge v. PCMA and PCMA v. Mulready and anticipates continued pressure for transparency and affordability in prescription drug pricing.
