Accomplished Trust & Estate Attorney Jennifer Nackley Rejoins Quarles Naples Office as Partner
The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Jennifer Nackley, a highly accomplished trust and estate attorney, has rejoined the firm’s Naples office as a partner. Previously, she practiced at a Florida estate planning/administration boutique firm.
“I spent a significant amount of my career here at Quarles and I know that my clients will benefit from the firm’s collaborative approach,” said Nackley. “In rejoining Quarles, my goal is to return to a platform that can handle the complexity of my client base. I am excited to be working with both familiar and new faces throughout the firm.”
With more than 30 years of private practice experience in wealth preservation, Nackley counsels multigenerational families on estate planning and the transition of wealth, while minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes. She also is experienced with advanced charitable planning, including the creation of private family foundations; postmortem estate planning and the administration of substantial estates; and advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputed matters.
“Jennifer is a talented attorney who is passionate about her clients and their families,” said Katie Muldoon, national chair of the firm’s Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group. “We are thrilled that she has rejoined Quarles. Having spent more than 15 years at Quarles, Jennifer also brings institutional knowledge and we look forward to working with her again.”
Nackley earned her B.A. from St. John Fisher University and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
