Complex, diligent estate planning to preserve, protect legacies and memories
Jennifer Nackley is highly accomplished at counseling multigenerational families on estate planning and the transition of wealth, while minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes. She also is experienced with advanced charitable planning, including the creation of private family foundations; postmortem estate planning and the administration of substantial estates; and advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputed matters.
Jennifer has more than 30 years of private practice experience in wealth preservation, and prior to re-joining Quarles, she served as managing attorney of a Florida estate planning/administration boutique firm.
Passionate about her clients and their families, Jennifer works diligently and efficiently to preserve each individual’s intent and protect their legacy. She devotes the time and attention needed to fully understand the concerns of her clients and tailors a plan that ensures a smooth transition in accomplishing their goals. In the course of her practice, Jennifer has helped clients transfer over $850 million to future generations while preserving and protecting their legacies and memories.
