Business Law Attorney Sujata Barai Chugh Joins Quarles & Brady's Indianapolis Office as Senior Counsel

Indianapolis — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Business Law attorney Sujata Barai Chugh has joined the firm's Indianapolis office as senior counsel. Before joining Quarles & Brady, she was most recently with a boutique law firm and has previously been with AmLaw 200 and AmLaw 100 firms.

Chugh counsels domestic and international financial institutions, corporations, government agencies and nonprofit organizations on a variety of transactional matters. She represents clients in matters related to securities issuances, asset purchase and sale, entity formation, board governance, tax exemptions, mergers and acquisitions, contract preparation and negotiation.

Chugh is an active member of several Indiana-based organizations, including board member of Hoosier Women Forward, board member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association - Indiana chapter, membership committee member of the Indiana State Bar Association and executive committee member of Better Indiana Political Action Committee. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, Master of Science from London School of Economics and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
