Experienced Business Law Attorney Dana Dullum Joins Quarles Minneapolis Office as Senior Counsel

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Dana Dullum has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office as senior counsel in the Business Law Practice Group.

Dullum, who most recently was at a boutique private equity firm, focuses on business and commercial law, with an emphasis on commercial contracts. He has extensive experience reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating sophisticated agreements, including business-to-business supply agreements and other complex commercial documents.

Dullum earned his B.A. from the University of North Dakota and his J.D. from University of North Dakota School of Law.
